The UNRL difference stems through our core principles and coaching philosophies. We are here to develop boys into men, and expect our coaches to be the role models our players need and deserve. Our high expectations stem across directors, coaches, players, and parents. Not only do we expect high character, but as a whole, we are ambassadors for the game and the club lacrosse space. We are “pro” UNRL not “anti” everyone else. When we arrive at events, we leave the place better than we found it. When tempers start flying, we hold stoic and react as leaders. In order for us to make the change we want in the club world, we must lead the way and help build up others- even our competition.
